Description

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Spokane Research Laboratory (SRL) has a requirement for installation of ceiling tiles in the 315 East Montgomery, Spokane, WA facility. The contractor shall provide necessary labor and equipment to install Government furnished ceiling tiles. Replace lay-in tiles in the following locations: (Room 177 - 780 Sq ft - Ceiling Height 8') ; (Room (193 - 849 Sq ft - Ceiling Height 12') ; (Hallways - 5,108 Sq Ft - Ceiling Height 12') ; (192 - 2,142 Sq Ft - Ceiling Height 12') ; (195 - 330 Sq Ft - Ceiling Height 8') ; (185 - 3,036 Sq Ft -Ceiling Height 25') ; (129 - 3,070 & 375 Sq Ft - Ceiling Height 25' & 10') ; (232 - 1,424 Sq Ft -Ceiling Height 8') ; (238 - 225 Sq Ft - Ceiling Height 8') ; (162 - 517 Sq Ft - Ceiling Height 8') ; Ceiling grids will be replaced with necessary as determined by the Contractor and Contracting Officer's Representative to ensure ceiling is level and continuous throught the area. Any penetraions in tiles due to, but not limit4ed to, smoke detectors, HVAC diffusers, sprinkler heads, must be removed and replaced as necessary to ensure all tiles are replaced. All replaced tiles shall be disposed of by the Contractor. This procurement is subject to the Service Contract Act Wage & Hour Division Determination NO.: 2004-2566 Rev 3, 05/29/2007.
