- Amendment 0006 The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate the changes in the following subject areas: 1) To clarify the purpose of the solicitation for 2) CLIN 0001A on the SF1449 is deleted in its entirety. All pricing for the base year will be priced on CLIN 0001 ? Senior System Analyst. 3) Factor 1 Technical has added Number 2 Technical Approach, and Number 3 Key Personnel Resumes. 4) Submission of Quotes Evaluation Method has been changed to correspond and reflect the changes to Factors 1, 2, and 3. 5) Solicitation SA13017RQ0019 response date is Monday, July 16, 2007 at 2:00 PM local time in Washington, D.C. 6) Business Size Standard has been corrected from $6.5M to $23M. In addition, Amendment 0006 answers the following questions: 1) How is the pricing to be listed for the Sr. System Analyst? ANSWER: Refer to PURPOSE stating -The Government shall award one fixed price task order type contract as a result of this RFQ. Also, refer to Item 3 Additional Information Factor 3 Price -All prices must include all direct and indirect costs associated with the work requested. 2) Will an electronic copy be accepted of Offeror Representations and Certifications.Commercial Items? ANSWER: Please refer to Item 6 stating Offerors must include a completed hard copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its Offer. 3) How is the OGC and ITA funding related to the pricing? The OGC and ITA listing was listed for processing of the solicitation. This listing has been deleted in its entirety on the SF1449. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System, DPAS, does not apply to this acquisition. Offerors shall submit 1-electronic quotes on CD-ROM, with four 4-original paper copies of SF1449 of its offer to U.S. Department of Commerce, CAS, OS Business Solutions Team, Sol: SA13017RQ0019, 14th & Constitution Ave. N.W., Room 6520, Washington, DC 20230, Attn: Wendy M. Clare. The closing date for receipt of quotes is 2:00 PM local time, July 16, 2007. FAX and EMAIL SUBMISSIONS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Questions regarding this acquisition should be forwarded to Wendy M. Clare: 202-482-5338; email wclare@doc.gov on or before 10:00 AM local time, July 13, 2007. This Solicitation shall not be construed as a commitment of any kind. A corrected SF1449 can be issued by contacting Wendy M. Clare at wclare@doc.gov. Any quote not submitted on a SF1499 will be returned and not considered as a submission to this solicitation.
