- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors to provide 1 EA, McAfee Intrushield 4000 sensor appliance Part number ICV-S04K-NA-100G, 1 EA, McAfee Intrushield 4000 densor appliance 1 yr priority and RMA HW support Part number 1YVSO4KADMAG, 1 EA, McAfee Instrushield Manager Appliance Part number IAP-STND-ISMG, 1 EA, McAfee Inntrushield Security Manager Appliance 1 Yr. Gold Part number IYVSTNDADMAG,2 EA, Ext. HW Spt ? ITV-MMF1-NA-100 Part number REMMF13PTAAG, 2 EA, Multi-Mode Optical Gigabit Fail Open Kit Part number ITV-MMF1-NA-0100G, 1 EA, Optical Redundent Power Supply F/4K and 3K Appl/FO Part number LAC-AP01-PS2G, 1 EA, Support for IAC-AP01-PS2G, 1 EA, 1000Base SX Gigabit Interface Converter-Fiber Optic Part number ITV-1KSG-NA-100G. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; therefore, a written request for quotation will not be issued. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ 07-0321. Delivery terms are F.O.B Destination to The Bureau of Engraving & Printing, D Street between 13th & 14th Street SW, Washington, Dc 20228. The resulting purchase order shall be based on price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any applicable credit or trade in delivery date, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number, and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA Schedule please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due June 21, 2007. Quotations may be faxed to Diane Rollins at (202) 874-3135 or transmitted via e-mail to diane.rollins@bep.treas.gov.
