- Description
- The Government is soliciting for approximately 15,000 square feet of office space and approximately 10,000 square feet of warehouse space for a total of 25,000 net rentable square feet with secured parking for approximately 20 vehicles. This space will be located within a five-mile radius of the Wm. J. Hughes Technical Center, Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey 08405 on or before July 1, 2007. The term of the lease will be for 5 years with a (1) 5-year renewal option on 90 days notice. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-OCT-2006).
