- AS PER AMENDMENT 1 TO COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION, GS-07P-07-HHD-0069, THIS NOTICE PROVIDES THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE FOR FIRE PROTECTION CONSULTING SERVICES. The Public Buildings Service?s Greater Southwest Region Acquisition Services Division (7PMA) of the General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking proposals from firms that are interested in establishing an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract for Fire Protection Consulting Services. Fire Protection Consulting Services include, but are not limited to: fire protection surveys, pre-lease surveys, risk analysis, and related additional services such as advanced training, fire investigations, plan and specification reviews, and final acceptance testing. Services will be performed at facilities owned or leased by GSA in the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas. The Contracting Officer will place orders for services as needed. Be advised that services may be requested in multiple locations concurrently. This is NOT a small business set aside. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED FILE FOR CRUCIAL DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS. The deadline for proposals is 8:00AM EST on Monday, April 23, 2007. The address for the submission of proposals is found on page 2 in Block 7 of the attached solicitation. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
