- The US Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of Spare Parts for Nonstandard Weapons. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. All quotes must reference the Request For Quotation (RFQ) number H92239-07-T-0042. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-05. It is the Contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332994 with a size standard of 1000 employees. This action is set aside 100% for small businesses. REQUIREMENT: See attached listing for identification of items and quantities required. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards. Offerors are encouraged to quote on any combination of the listed items. DELIVERY to Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Quotes will be evaluated on (1) technical acceptability, (2) price, and (2) delivery. Prices shall be quoted in accordance with the CLIN(s) as identified in this synopsis/solicitation and will be incorporated into the Schedule of Supplies and Services in the resulting award. Amendments, if any, will be published on FedBizOpps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. It is the offeror?s responsibility to review the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ. Offers must be received by 10:00 AM EST, Friday, 26 July 2007. Vendors are encouraged to contact the Government for clarification if there are, or appear to be, errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the RFQ. Questions regarding this RFQ will be accepted from interested parties up to 10:00 AM EST, 20 July 2007.
