- Description
- The Defense Media Center Contracting Office intends to award a contract based on the criteria as stated in FAR 52.212-2 herein, for the Omneon server array and accessories. Only one contract shall be issued. The contractor must bid on ALL items and must be quoted F.O.B. Destination. The Omneon Server is issued under solicitation HQ0028-07-R-0026 that is to be shipped to the Defense Information School (DINFOS) at Ft Meade MD 20755-5620. Substitutes will not be accepted based on the attached Justification & Approval. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334220; the small business threshold is 750. To be eligible for an award resulting from this solicitation, the Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and registered under ORCA (Representations & Certifications) and an authorized Omneon distributor.
