- This solicitation has been converted from a full and open to a total small business set aside. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services to needed to complete Domestic Water Piping Replacement - Phase 1 at the Federal Bldg and US Courthouse, 222 W. 7th Ave, Anchorage, Alaska. The Federal Bldg and USCH is a 708,000 square foot facility with an underground 490 vehicle parking garage. Majority of the work will be in the east side restrooms, pump room and 6 floor mechanical areas. The Work of this contract consists of but is not limited to the selective demolition of existing galvanized steel piping and the replacement of domestic water piping and related work inside the building. Majority of piping is 4 inch diameter and smaller.
