- The purpose of this modification to RFQ-TX-07-00054 is to provide answers to questions regarding this RFQ. In reviewing the SOW, please advise of the following: 1 - Has the Scoping Meeting occured? And if so, was it mandatory for all prospective contractors to take part in that meeting? If prospects were not required to take part in the meeting, are there any notes from the meeting that can be distributed? Response: the meeting will take place after the contract is awarded. 2 - If the Scoping Meeting has not occurred, please advise of the date, time and call in number. Response: the meeting will take place one week after the contract is awarded. Instructions on when and where to call will be issued at that time. 3 - Will the contractor assume all costs for the Forum and issue all payments, i.e. hotel, sleeping rooms, etc. response: the contractor will assume all costs for space and equipment rental, and speakers/presenter's fees. 4 - Will there be a need to coordinate any air or ground transportation? response: not required.
