- THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AS PER FAR 52.232-18. THIS REQUIREMENT IS ALSO A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is seeking vendors for the operation and maintenance of its Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Plant located in the City of Fort Worth, Texas. The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor and materials to provide this service and complying with all applicable Federal, state and local regulations and permit conditions. In addition, the Contractor shall be responsible for complying with any and all BEP policies, procedures, guidelines and requirements. A SITE VISIT WILL BE CONDUCTED ON JULY 27, 2007 AT 10:00 AM CST. Attendees must register via email to the Contract Specialist listed below no later than July 20, 2007 5:00 PM EST. Attendees must bring at least one (1) piece of photo identification and arrive at least forty-five minutes prior to the site visit start time in order to clear security. Interested parties shall provide their proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth in the attached solicitation documentation. PROPOSALS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM EST AUGUST 9, 2007. The anticipated contract type is a Firm Fixed Price Award Fee contract with time and material line items.
