- Regional Contracting Office-NE, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for the restoration of a Thomas Morse S-4 aircraft to be displayed in the National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC). The specifications will be specified in the solicitation. This will be a firm-fixed price price contract. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. The release of the solicitation will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce On Line (NECO) web link below. A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This is a small business set-aside competitive requirement; NAICS code 336411, size standard 1500 employees.
