- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating award for 2 ea First Article Head, Fuel Pump, 60 ea Production Head, Fuel Pump, to include option quantity years, in accordance with specifications/requirements included in attached solicitation. Vendors/Contractors are encouraged to respond. This requirement is being issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached Solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as Request for Purchase (RFP) N00253-07-T-0236 and is attached below. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Federal Circulars 05-17 are included in the attached Solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333 996 and has a size standard of 500. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached Solicitation, which is required to be returned completely filled out to include DFAR 252.225-7000 Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate and FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representation and Certification-Commercial Items. Offerors are also advised that these representations and certifications must be completed electronically via the ORCA website at http://orca.bpn.gov. Offers shall be FOB Destination to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Questions should be submitted via e-mail to geryl.renz@navy.mil or faxed to 360 396-2393. Quotes/Offers are due no later than July 19, 2007 1600 hours Pacific Time. In order for offers to be considered responsive Contractors interested in submitting quotes must (1) complete the attached Solicitation Form, providing unit prices and extended pricing, delivery time frames, Representations and Certifications, Cage Code, Tax ID, and Buy American Act Certification information. Contractors shall ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database http://www.ccr.gov. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office. No paper copies of this RFP/ amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFP and associated amendments, if applicable on or before closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection..
