- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis INDI-40-20-IR Laser with NSI option, quantity 1 each. This requirement is sole sourced to Newport Corporation Spectra-Physics Lasers Division in order to provide consistency with existing Spectra-Physics lasers for ongoing testing which meet all system requirements in their entirety. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
