- Solicitation N00421-07-T-0135 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS Code is 541380, size standard $11.0 million. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a full and open competitive basis to purchase CLIN 0001 Shock and Vibration Testing for theAN/TPX-42A(V)14 Field Change 3; Quantity 1 ea under the authority of FAR Part 6.201(b). Award is expected 16 August 2007. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. The request for quotation and any amendments thereto will be posted on the NAVAIR Homepage and can be accessed at the following address: http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations/index.cfm . All proposals received by 13 August 2007 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
