- The U.S. Geological Survey, Water Resources Discipline, District Office, Pearl, MS, has a requirement to develop a 4" schedule 40 pvc observation well (up to 600' in depth) 20' 4" pvc, 0.010 slotted screen, with bentonite grout from the top of the screen to the top of the ground (no cement). Also required: conduct a 50 gallon per minute acquifer test, install a ?" pvc pipe during testing, a 200 ' to 300 ' x 2" pvc discharge pipe, assist in logging of the well, and removal of all equipment after completion. Contractor must have an active registration in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The URL for CCR is www.ccr.gov. THIS AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES.
