Description

The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a firm fixed-price contract for Janitorial Services in Klamath Falls, Oregon for the base year plus four option years. The janitorial service work includes the following duties: trash disposal, clean restrooms, drinking fountains, sinks, stripping, waxing, buffing all floors, dust and damp mopping, vacuuming and spot cleaning, window washing, carpet cleaning, upholstered furniture, scrubbing, sweeping, dusting, wall and miscellaneous washing, vacuum carpet runners, and remove dust and cobwebs from walls and fixtures. Work shall be performed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Work must be performed between 5:00pm and 12:00am. Specific duties are listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is set-aside for Small Business concerns only. Solicitation 07SQ200175 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about July 12, 2007. The date for receipt of quotes is August 9, 2007. Inquiries will be accepted by FAX at 916 978 5182 or 916-978-5175, Attention: Margaret Kirkpatrick, or by e-mail at mkirkpatrick@mp.usbr.gov. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. The RFQ will only be posted. No hard copy will be distributed.
