Description: The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) has a requirement for peer review support services for the US Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC). This requirement will be conducted using full and open competitive proced ures. A single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is contemplated. The anticipated period of performance for the base year is 21 Oct 07 through 20 Oct 08. The contracts will have four option years. The successful contractor will provide independent scientific peer review, programmatic reviews and administrative management and processing of pre-proposals, proposals, progress reports, and similar documents received in support of core medical research programs and in response t o Government-issued Broad Agency Announcements and individual solicitations. Evaluation criteria are Technical/Management Approach, Past Performance, and Business/Cost. The solicitation will be available on or about 27 July 2007 at www.usamraa.army.mil. Select Solicitations. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. The last date for receipt of technical questions is 02 Sep 07. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM, 28 Aug 07.
