- This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for a new 2007 Toyota Tacoma Model number 7596C with the following specifications: 1. Color: White 2. 4x4 with heavy duty tires 3. 4 door extended cab 4. long bed 5. towing package 6. bed liner with tie downs 7. automatic transmission 8. air conditioner 9. ac current output in bed (400W) 10. sliding glass rear window 11. electric windows 12. standard radio " Must be able to provide manufacturers recommended vehicle maintenance with 36,000 mile warranty. This requirement must be delivered 30 days after receipt of order. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09 dated April 19, 2006. The applicable NAICS code is 423110 sizes standard 100. This requirement will be set aside for Total- Small Business. Payment will be made by DFAS. Contractor must be roistered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov) before an award can be made. . A supplies contract awa rd will be made to the technically acceptable, low price offered that meets all specifications. Contractor wishing to submit proposal must submit clear and convincing evidence that they meet all the capabilities and specifications.
