- The US Army War College, Department of Distance Education has a requirement to provide instructor services to provide nonresident assistance, discussion, counseling and guidance, assessment and feedback of forms and written requirements of Internatio nal Fellows student work. The period of performance is expected to be 6 August 2007 through 5 August 2008, with four, one-year option periods. It is a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense is registered with the C entral Contractor Registry at website: http://www.ccr.gov. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 611710 and the small business size standard is $6.5M. The solicitation will contain the actual date for receipt of propo sals.
