- The purpose of Reception and Client Intake contract is to greet clients of Army Community Service (ACS), Heidelberg and assist them in accessing services available through the ACS and other community agencies. Based on information provided by the cl ient, the contractor provides current and accurate program and community information; refers clients to appropriate resources; track client information in the Client Tracking System (CTS); The contractor will provide information about the Heidelberg commun ity to ACS customers via phone and personally, and be knowledgeable of the programs available under the umbrella of Army Community Service (ACS). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpar t 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
