- 4 files/documents have been uploaded. They are the solicitation, performance work statement, performance plan, and wage determination. Travis AFB intends to procure the services to provide the personnel, materials, and support necessary to operate and manage the 90-day facility and hazardous waste storage facility located on Travis AFB, CA. Support, operations, and management shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local, DOD, DOT, Air Force, and Travis Air Force Base laws, regulations, instructions, and permit conditions. Period of performance is 1 October 2007 through 30 September 2008 with four option years. Complete details, evaluation factors and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be included in the RFQ. This requisition is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is changed from 562111 to 562112 and the related size standard is $11.5 million. This will be a Request For Quote (RFQ). Award shall be made based upon best value to the government and in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. The government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation package. Facsimile, telephone, written, and/or email requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website for release of the solicitation package and downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information.
