- The Government has a requirement to purchase a statue for Heritage Hall (Marble Oblique Washington Monument). This is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238990 with a size standard of $13 Million. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The issuance date for this solicitation is projected to be on/about 13 July 2007 and close on/about 23 August 2007. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
