Description

THE GOVERNMENT'S OBLIGATION UNDER THIS CONTRACT IS CONTINGENT UPON THE AVAILABILITY OF APPROPRIATED FUNDS FROM WHICH PAYMENT FOR CONTRACT PURPOSES CAN BE MADE. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the Installation of Traffic Control Signals at South Gate, Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all items, articles, materials, operations, or methods listed, mentioned or scheduled on the Drawings and/or as specified herein, including all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary and required for completion of the scope of this Project. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 26 July 2007. The Request For Proposal will close on or about 27 Aug 2007. The Performance Period for this project is ninety (90) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 30 days after award. Winter exclusion period from 15 Nov 2007 through 1 April 2007 applies. This acquisition is open to both large and small business in accordance with FAR 19.10 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal is available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://www.ccr.gov). All responsible sources may submit an offer good through 30 Dec 2007, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/). The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
