- The reason for this amendment is to change the site visit date. The new date is 24 July 2007, 09:00 AM. Even tough it is not mandatory, it is highly recommended that contractors attend site visit. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps on or about 19-20 July 2007. Offerors interested in attending site visit should submit written notification of intent to do so not later than 18 July 2007. Written notification should include company name, mailing address, point of contact and attendee name(s), phone number, and e-mail address. It is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. No facsimile proposals will be accepted for this particular acquisition. The proposed contract is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. Offers from other than HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered. Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, appliances, transportation, supervision, and materials necessary to prepare, mark, and re-stripe the aircraft parking ramp (Mako Ramp) and the rinse rack on Homestead ARB, FL. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310. The Small business size standard applicable to this acquisition is $31.0 million. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must be registered and active with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
