To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be approved sources, in accordance with clause, Qualification Requirements. The Government is NOT required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Request (SAR). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
