- Description
- The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) at Edwards Air Force Base, California is seeking a provider of transient aircraft fleet custodial services. Services will include scheduled and unscheduled cleaning of various aircraft lavatory and galley, trash collection from aircraft, and waste pumping and disposal. The government intends to acquire a commercial service using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST)on August 3, 2007. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Technical questions may be directed to the point of contact listed below and must be in writing. Contractors must be registered with Central Contract Registration to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DOD activity.
