- Description
- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, is soliciting to identify sources that are capable of providing all labor services to provide dispatching, servicing, inspecting, cleaning, corrosion control, modification and maintenance of powered/non-powered Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) and munitions material handling equipment/trailers in support of the 46th Test Wing. In addition, sources will need to provide AGE familiarization training, manage all flight-line waste fluids programs, and perform corrosion work on equipment other than AGE as determined by the Government. The Government anticipates award of a Time and Material/Labor Hours type contract with a Base year period of performance 01 April 2008 through 30 September 2008 and four (4) one-year option periods for a total performance period of 54 months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 488190, with a small business standard size of $6M. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), OR AN INVITATION FOR BID. At a later date, the Government will post a Draft Performance Work Statement and Draft Solicitation for review. Interested sources are invited to submit statement of current capability to provide AGE services to include company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone, and facsimile numbers and type and business size indicating whether you are a small or large business for the purposes of the assigned NAICS.
