- Contractor to provide all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and supervision necessary to perform the work for Project #692-07-110, entitled "Enhance Bldg. 201 Patient Access" at the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics, White City, Oregon. Scope of work includes the enlargement of the patient waiting area, removal of doors and walls to enlarge office space along with a new drop ceiling, carpet and paint, electrical outlets and switches, mechanical, lights and fire sprinkler system. Work also involves the removal of asbestos vinyl flooring and certain other items as shown in the contract documents and drawings. NAICS: 236220, Size standard $31.0 mil. Project magnitude: Between $100,000 to $250,000. Solicitation documents will be available in electronic form on July 12, 2007, with a bid opening to be held on August 13, 2007. Ninety calendar day bid acceptance period required, award subject to the availability of funds.
