- Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC), Shreveport LA, requires a contractor to provide all labor, and material to Replace Three Automatic Electrical Transfer Switches, Building 1 and 31, at the OBVAMC. The project will require replacement of the three current automatic transfer switches with new maintenance bypass type electrical transfer switches in accordance with contract statement of work and specifications. The solicitation is to be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238210. This size standard is $13.0 Million per year. This information is only used for classification purposes in the representation and certification portion of the Request for Proposal (RFP). Anticipated issued date is July 27, 2007 and anticipated date for receipt of offers is August 27, 2007 at 4:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT). All prospective Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business offerors are responsible to visit FedBizOpps website frequently to obtain any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation.
