- Description
- Intent of this solicitation is to obtain an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Task Order Contract. Task Orders shall be based on individual projects and will vary in size and dollar amount, with a minimum of $30,000 to maximum of $250,000 per year. Total over 3 years will not exceed $750,000. Task Orders will include the Contractor to furnish all material, labor, supplies, equipment, and supervision for providing maintenance, repair, alterations and new construction projects, i.e. plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, fume hoods, security and fire alarms, laboratories, rough and finish carpentry, drywall installation and finishing, painting, wall coverings, window repair and replacement, various types of roofing repair and replacements, carpeting and vinyl flooring, masonry, landscaping, cast-in-place concrete, sidewalks, and asphalt paving and striping, and furnish construction shop drawings and/or "as-built" drawings at the completion of each Task Order. All contract work will be completed through individual Task Orders for individual projects and comply with applicable project specifications, and current building codes. Each task order will be priced individually and will include its own wage determination and will have its own completion date.. NAIC code is 236220. Contract shall be for 1-year firm fixed price w/ 2 one-year options for renewal. All work to be performed at the VAMC, 1670 Clairmont Rd, Decatur, GA. Contract will be awarded using the Best Value source selection process. Firms will submit proposals to address the following technical evaluation factors: (1) Past Performance; (2) Technical Ability (In-House Trades/Capabilities); (3) Experience; (4) Surety; (5) Financial. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to the solicitation will only be posted on this web-site. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view this web-site for any amendments made to the solicitation. Offerors & Plan Rooms are required to register as plan holders on this web-site. Solicitation issue dtd for viewing and downloading will be 7/13/2007. Proposals will be due NLT 2:00 p.m. (EST), 8/14/07. HARD COPIES OR CD-ROM OF THE SOLICITATION OR THE PLAN HOLDERS LIST WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BY THE GOVERNMENT. This procurement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). To be considered for an award, Offeror must s must be a SDVOSB, registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (information on registration requirements can be obtained by the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov), and submit their complete Annual Representations & Certifications (ORCA) via online at http://orca.bpn.gov. In addition, Offerors needs to register in the US Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Biz database. Registration at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted.
