Q1: The due date is becoming very tight is there anyway that the due date can also be amended. A1: The due date will not be amended. Q2: "Study which was finalized in September 2006" page 4 of the RFP -- can you give me the exact title of this study and a PDF file or a web address to down load this report. A2: The title of the study is Using Pavement Management Data to Calibrate and Validate the New MEPDG - An Eight State Study. The PDF file for the 2006 study can be emailed to prospective offerors upon request. Q3: You referred to ongoing work on local calibration by NCHRP (on which Harold Van Quintes is the PI) is there any preliminary report available? A3: No, there isn?t a preliminary report available. Q4: How much time is allocated for this RFP Phase 1? One year? A4: The contractor shall set their own time estimate and make their own schedule based on the information in the combined synopsis/solicitation. Q5. Question #3 under Volume II, Part II Past Performance starting at The Offeror is responsible for ensuring the questionnaires are completed in a timely manner and are submitted with its VOLUME II proposal is being deleted because questionnaires are not being included. Information about past performance references shall be provided with the proposal as requested in items 1 and 2 under Volume II. Proposals shall be prepared on 8? x 11 inch paper.
