- The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection National Supply and Logistics Center, 9C Butterfield Trail, El Paso, TX 79906, intends to enter into a sole source firm-fixed price supply contract with Outerlinks Corporation, 175 Cabot Street, Suite 311, Lowell, MA 01854, for the purchase of 22 CP-3i Satellite Transceivers with OVP Voice Panel Kits and 5 replacement CP-3i Satellite Transceivers. The requirement will be processed under the authority of 41 USC 2304(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Any interested parties may, within 10 calendar days after the date of this Notice, indicate interest in this requirement by submitting a letter to the Contracting Officer at Customs and Border Protection National Supply and Logistics Center, 9C Butterfield Trail, El Paso, TX 79906. Inquiries may be faxed to 915 782-2244. No solicitation is available. All responsible sources will be considered. No telephone inquiries. SEE NOTE 22. The time for response is changed to read ten (10) days from the date of this notice.
