- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking interested vendors capable of providing Part # QIAGEN INC S 9001292 QIACUBE 110V QTY 2, Part # QIAGEN INC S 990395 QIACUBE starter package QTY 2, Part # QIAGEN INC S 9240377 QTY 2, Part # QIAGEN INC S 9240834 QIACUBE installation and Warranty Plus QTY 2. This instrument is designed for automated DNA isolation samples for different biological samples. FDA intends to make an award soon after the response date of this notice and all bids must be submitted via email to vida.niles@fda.hhs.gov or fax to 301 827-7101 to the attention of Vida Niles by the response due date. Evaluation/Award will be based on the technically acceptable quote that offers the best value to the government. The award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
