- National Security Technologies, LLC (NSTec) is seeking LOCAL sources capable of providing HARDWARE supplies using a Just-In-Time (JIT) contract.========The Subcontract will be for five years (options periods are being considered). Estimated value is $1million over a five-year period.=======ALL DATES AND AMOUNTS ARE ESTIMATES. The subcontract will require twice per week deliveries to North Las Vegas, Las Vegas and Mercury Nevada.=======The Just-In-Time Subcontract is for stocking, selling as required, and delivery various hardware supplies (this is a fully automated process). NSTec will provide the software and training. Following is a brief description of the process: (1). Orders are entered into the NSTec system (converted into a Material Release). (2). The MR is sent to our FTP server. (3). The Subcontractor receives an email notifying them they have an MR file to download. (4). The files are downloaded and a barcode label is printed (Contractor will supply the paper stock on an as-needed basis). (5). The Subcontractor will be required to purchase the barcode printer and dimm card (cost approximately $700.00). (6). The Subcontractor processes the order, places the barcode label on it and delivers the package to the appropriate Receiving Warehouse facility (stated on the MR). (7). The packages are scanned at the NSTec Receiving Warehouse which automatically generates an invoice and you are paid weekly (you will not submit invoices).======All interested parties are to submit their company profile and capability/experience statement via email to the point of contact indicated below.
