- Solicitation SPM300-07-R-0031 The following activities in the Guam AOR require various and indefinite quantities of fresh market ready milk and dairy Products: Magellan Dining Facility, Child Development Center, Camp Covington, Navy Base Operation Support, US Naval Hospital Galley, Guam Public School Systems Department of Education, USS Frank Cable, USS Corpus Christi, 36th Services Squad, Top of the Rock, Guam National Guard, 368th Military Police, 1101st Garrison Support, Kal?s Corporation, Navy Exchange, United Seaman?s Services, USNS Concord, USNS Niagara Falls, USNS San Jose, LSC-Navsup, Global Food Services, CO USCG Sequoia, and CO USCG Galveston Island. The estimated award date is September 5, 2007. The resultant contract will include a base year and one one-year option term. The anticipated resultant award will be for an indefinite quantity type contract with a minimum of 10% and a maximum of 200% of the award value. The estimated award value is $195,000 for the base year and $195,000 for the one-year option term for a total of $390,000. Full and Open Competition will be used for this acquisition. Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors will be utilized to evaluate offers. The performance period is estimated to be September 12, 2007 to September 11, 2008 for the base period & September 12, 2008 to September 11, 2009 for the option term. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the Offeror. All responsible sources may submit proposals, which will be considered by the agency.
