- NSN 5962-01-240-8869 PR 0015647975 Microcircuit, hybrid. Teledyne Technologies (16170) p/n 2292255-21, quantity 169 each including option, FOB destination to New Cumberland, PA, Tracy, CA and Hill AFB UT, delivery in 240 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 22 & 26. The solicitation, attachments and any subsequent amendments will be available at https:www.dibbs/bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date of 7/30/07. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 80% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Approved source is Teledyne Technologies. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
