- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and facilities necessary to perform a cigarette ignition study in accordance with ASTM E2187-04. All testing services shall be in accordance with the statement of work in the request for quotation (RFQ). The resultant contract shall be a firm fixed price contract. The anticipated issuance date of the RFQ is July 20, 2007 with a closing date of August 8, 2007. The performance period shall begin on the date of award and not extend beyond ninety (90) calendar days. All responsible sources who are registered with central contractor registration (CCR) may request a copy of the RFQ by July 20, 2007 via fax at (301) 504-0628 or by email at kmiles@cpsc.gov. No telephonic requests for copies of the RFQ will be accepted.
