- Description
- The Broadcasting Board of Governors, International Broadcasting Bureau, (BBG/IBB) based in Washington, DC has a requirement for a contractor to provide the BBG/IBB, Office of Administration with newspaper subscriptions. The contractor shall furnish local and out-of-town newspaper subscriptions on an annual basis and will hand deliver newspapers to a designated loading dock for various (BBG/IBB) offices located within the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. The Government contemplates awarding a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base Period of twelve (12) months and four (4) one-year options. The Base Period will cover the period starting October 01, 2007 through September 30, 2008. The Government intends to issue a Request For Proposal (RFP) solicitation document on or about August 7, 2007. Firms interested in receiving the information regarding accessing the solicitation online may submit a written request to the BBG/IBB Contracting Officer at the e-mail and/or address above. All written requests for information regarding the forthcoming RFP shall include company name, mailing address, point of contact, telephone number, and facsimile number. This is not a RFP, IFB or RFQ.
