- Contractor shall provide non-personal services to include all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, transportation and applicable licenses and permits necessary to provide blood to the VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System in accordance with Specifications and as recommended in the current editions of the Standard for Blood Banks and Transfusion services and the Technical Manual of the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB). The Period of Performance shall be a base year plus three option years. Subject Solicitation will be released on or about June 08, 2007. Period of Performance will consist of a base year beginning 1 October 2007 and ending 30 September 2008 with three options years which will be exercised at the Government's discretion. Place of Performance shall be Contractor's facility. Request for solicitation must be in writing, telephone requests will not be honored. The fax number is 501-257-1334. The award of this solicitation is subject to the availability of funds. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
