- Description
- This design-build project shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, project record documents, and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules, and drawings forming parts thereof to design, install, and expand existing public address system and associated wiring for project STL 06-0014, Repair Public Address System, Building 36, St. Louis, MO. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 180 calendar days. The NAICS code is 238210 with a size standard of $13.0M. The approximate cost of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This work is located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency facility at 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and south of Arsenal Street in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. This contract is being set-aside for small business.
