Description
The US Government currently leases approximately 11,444 rentable square feet of office and related space together with non-exclusive runway / taxiway usage rights and an adjacent surface parking area in Mesa, AZ. This lease terminates August 8, 2007. The US General Services Administration has an interest in leasing approximately 11,444 rentable square feet of office and related space together with non-exclusive runway / taxiway usage rights and an adjacent surface parking area, Rentable space must yield a minimum of 11,444 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and must be located on the ground floor. There must be a ground floor entrance for the use of the Government, which provides access to the airport ramp, taxiway and runway areas, separate from the main office entrance. Space must be located at the Williams Gateway Airport, Mesa, Arizona. Space must meet the Federal Government's standards for fire safety; seismic; accessibility; security, and must not be located within a 100-year floodplain. The GSA is considering whether to remain in its existing lease space or relocate to alternative space. In making this decision, the GSA will consider, among other things, the costs it would likely incur through relocation, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure costs, non-productive agency downtime, security and other appropriate considerations. The ground floor space; runway / taxiway usage rights, separate entrance with access to ramps, taxiways / runways and parking requirements will be considered a go/no-go factor during consideration of possible alternatives. Expressions of Interest must be received at the US General Services Administration office, which address appears below, not later than 4:00 PM, July 25, 2007. POINT OF CONTACT: US General Services Administration, Attn: Don Crawford, Realty Specialist, 401 West Washington Street, Suite 180, Phoenix, Arizona 85003. Telephone: (602) 514-7082, Fax: (602) 514-7495.
