A cost factor of $10,000.00 will be added, for solicitation purposes, to the price of all offers for whom the government will require such testing. The acquisition will be 100% set aside for Small Business. Drawing/techincal data package is available through NECO website at www.NECO.navy.mil. This website will provide contractors with a direct link to FedTeds for the drawing/techincal data package once the solicitation is released.
