- This is an annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-04-G-A301 with BEI Sensors & Systems Co., Maumelle, AR and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period of 09 August 2007 through 09 August 2008 for the evaluation and repair of various components of the Navy Weapons System manufactured and repaired by BEI Sensors & Systems. Several major items to be repaired include: 7E 5840-01-032-9126, Encloder, Digital, P/N 17-12444-1 7E 5840-01-138-8237, Angle, Data Pickoff, P/N BIC40-282G6 7E 5840-00-475-2826, Angle Data Pickoff, P/N 500480-4 7E 5990-01-527-7348, Encoder, Shaft Angle, P/N 00346350-01 However, individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Navy Weapons System. A complete list of potential repairable items for which orders may be placed can be obtained upon request from the below cited point of contact. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
