- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure various medical supplies needed for first aid use at the U.S. Naval Medical Research Unit NO. #3 in Cairo, Egypt. This requirement shall be procured in accordance with FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The FSC Code is 6505. A complete RFQ package is available by downloading the documents at the Neco Website as follows: http://www.neco.navy.mil or at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. By submitting a quote, the offeror will be self certifying that neither the principle corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. The prospective awardees must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for wor k to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make the contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2433, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ at anytime prior to award.
