Description
Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating award of fifteen (15) Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server and Acronis Maintenance & Priority Support for 12 month including free upgrades and technical support services. These items are sole source of Acronis products only. Additionally the following items will be procured under this solicitation as brand name or equal: One (1) LSC51-CL4M-224N: Quantum Scalar I500 5U Base Library, two LTO-4 tape drives, 36 activated slots, SAS (non-EMEA); one (1) LSC51-FRPS-000N: Quantum Scalar I500 5U Redundant (2N) Power Supply Option, factory installed (non-EMEA); two (2) 1-00827-03: Quantum SAS Interface Cable, SFF-8088-to-SFF-8088 9.8ft (3m); forty (40) MR-L4MQN-01: Quantum data cartridge, LTO Ultrium Universal; and one (1) MR-LUCQN-01: Quantum cleaning cartridge, LTO Ultrium Universal (or equal). Minimum requirements include the following: 1. Storage Resource Management (SRM) for remote location, 2. 3 6 slot 28.8 terabytes, 3. LTO-4 Ultrium data tapes, 4. Redundant Power supply, 5. 5U rack mount, 6. Modular, continuous robotics, 7. remote diagnostics, 8. SCSI-2 or SCSI-3 LVD, storage networked 4gb interface, 9. Auto-discovery and auto-calibration, and 10. Module Expandable design for scalability. Dealers are encouraged to respond. This procurement is for commercial items and the solicitation is issued with this synopsis. The closing date of the solicitation will be 23 July 2007 by 10:00 a.m. The RFQ is posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to grdinapm@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in subm itting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation (3) and ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov/). No bidders list will be maintained by this office. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same.
