- THIS CONSTITUTE AMENDMENT 0001; THESE PARTS ARE SOLE SOURCE DIRECTLY TO MAN DIESEL NORTH AMERICA, INC; HEREBY DISSOLVING THE TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITION REMAINS THE SAME. The Government intends to award a BRAND NAME Purchase Order to ANY SMALL BUSINESS DISTRIBUTOR of MAN B & W DIESEL ENGINE PARTS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
