The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about July 31, 2007. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: Construct new privacy fences with 2 bid alternates (provided funding is available): Alternate 1. Remove and dispose of existing fences; Alternate 2. Apply one cost of CWF clear presevative to new fence. Location: Theodore Roosevelt National Park, South Unit, Headquarters area, Billings County, North Dakota. Solicitation number: I1543070057. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of the above named project in accordance with contract specifications. Estimated cost range is $25,000 - $100,000. The NAICS code for this project is 238990 and is unrestricted competition under FAR PT 19.1005. All responsible business sources may submit a bid, which if submitted in a timely manner, will be considered. This procurement is an Invitation For BId (IFB) and is subject to the provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) part 14, Sealed Bids. A site vist will be scheduled for all interested parties with the time and date to be announced in the solicitation. Responses will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation.
