- It is the Government's intent to award a modification to The Geneva Foundation, 3315 South 23rd Street, Suite 209, Tacoma, WA 98405, for the purchase of additional labor hours and travel for two current positions providing services and support to TAT RC located in Fort Detrick. These positions cover several programs that require specific experience and training to insure succeess to TATRC. In a few months, tha new requirement will be coming out for compeition to cover these services. This snoposis i s no considered a request for quotation or proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on basis of offeres received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the service will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this propose d modification based on this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government.
