- The proposed contract action is for regenerated tissue for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, WA shall award a sole source contrac t in the amount of $68,020.00 to Regeneration Technologies, Alachua, FL for regenerated tissue. Product and vendor selection is based upon unique medical requirements identified by the surgeon for surgical procedures to be performed at Madigan Army Medica l Center, Tacoma, WA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
