It is essential that appraisal reports consider and analyze all available data and use lo gical reasoning and judgment to develop a value conclusion. There are required supplemental content and documentation standards for appraisal reports to be used by Appraisers who may be required to testify as expert witnesses in federal court. The Statement-of-Work of the Contract Real Estate Appraisal Services describes the type and extent of research and analyses in the appraisal assignment and includes, but is not limited to, compliance of the Appraiser's presentation and analysis of market i nformation.
